The “US Alumni of Mongolia” is an interactive on-line community for US alumni, institutions, and organizations which promotes American education values, and helps to exchange experience, knowledge, information, ideas, and resources.
The alumni are the ones who are currently studying or have studied in the U.S.A through many different programs such as the governmental scholarships of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Education and Culture of Mongolia, U.S. Department of State, Open Society Institute, USIS, Asian Development Bank and other various foundations and organizations. Mongolians who are studying or studied in the U.S.A by private funding from business entities or with self-finance are highly encouraged to join this website.
Our Mission of the Website is to:
Be an online community that helps the alumni, organizations/institutions stay in touch with one another, and share their pictures, ideas, thoughts, experiences, knowledge, information and resources.
Support alumni in implementation of the concepts they explored during their academic studies and/or exchange programs in the U.S.A.
Assist the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Embassy and other grant making and scholarship providing organizations to renew and extend their engagement with program alumni.
Help organizations recruit the right staff they are looking for.
Work as an “umbrella” website for various US-Mongolian alumni associations established by self-initiative of alumni either in Mongolia, or in the United States.
US Alumni of Mongolia is open to all Mongolian citizens who are studying or have studied in the United States, and to interested institutions and organizations.
